Remove ChatUno from Instagram (automatic deletion)

• In Instagram, open Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites, choose ChatUno and select Remove.
• Instagram notifies ChatUno. We immediately delete the stored access tokens, the Instagram posts, Reels, Insights and analyses we imported, the Instagram conversations and comment threads in your inbox, and the link between that Instagram account and a ChatUno sign-in.
• Instagram then shows you a confirmation code for the request.

Disconnect Instagram inside ChatUno

• Sign in to ChatUno and open Settings → Channels & Connections.
• On the Instagram card, switch the connection off.
• ChatUno deletes its stored messaging and analytics access tokens and stops receiving and importing Instagram data.
• Disconnecting keeps the posts, analytics and conversations already imported into your workspace. To delete those as well, remove ChatUno from Instagram as described above or email us.

Delete it yourself

Signed in to ChatUno, open Settings. Any user can download or delete their own sign-in account there (transfer or delete any workspace you own first), and a workspace owner can download the workspace's records or delete the workspace and its linked data for everyone on the team. Deletion asks you to type a confirmation and cannot be undone.

Request account deletion by email

Email info@chatuno.ai from the address on your ChatUno account. Use the subject “ChatUno data deletion request” and include your organization name and connected Instagram username. We will verify ownership before deleting account data and will confirm when the request is complete.

What is deleted

A verified account deletion request covers the organization’s connected-account references, stored integration tokens, imported Instagram content and analytics, conversations, configuration, and account profile data, except information we must retain for fraud prevention, security, billing records, or other legal obligations.
